We hope you enjoy your stay with us. Here you will find practical information about the cabin, kitchenette, shower, toilet, cleaning, bed linen, contact details and other useful things to know during your stay.
Tip: We recommend saving this page during your stay so that you can easily return to the information.
Important information
- Do not flush sanitary pads, tampons, wipes or cotton buds down the toilet.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10.00 pm.
- Fishing in the pond is prohibited.
- Do not use the microwave and kettle at the same time, as this may trip the fuse.
- Please clean up after yourselves in both the cabin and the shared areas.

Please note that bed linen is not included as standard. You are welcome to bring your own or rent it from us.
Kitchenette & cooking
There is a small kitchenette next to the cabins where you can prepare simple meals. It is equipped with kitchen utensils, a coffee maker and other useful items. The kitchenette is shared with the neighbouring cabin.
Please remember to:
– Wash up after yourselves
– Wipe down all surfaces
– Return everything to its proper place
– Keep the area tidy, as it is shared with other guests
Toilet & shower
Nearest to the cabin
There is a toilet and shower next to the cabin. It is located through the kitchenette and is shared with the neighbouring cabin. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the area in good condition.
Please note:
Do not flush sanitary pads, tampons, wipes or cotton buds down the toilet.
Additional toilet & shower
An additional toilet and shower are available in the stone building on the other side of the road. Cross the road, walk up the steps, go through the black iron gate and take the first door on the right into the reception area. The toilet and shower are straight ahead.
Opening hours:
– Weekdays: 7.00 am–10.00 pm
– Weekends: 8.00 am–10.00 pm
Bed linen & towels
You are welcome to bring your own bed linen. Bed linen and towels are also available to rent from us.
Prices:
– Bed linen: SEK 150 per person, per set
– Bath towel: SEK 70
Bed linen and towels can be found in the plastic storage boxes in the café. Payment can be made via Swish, PayPal or in cash. Please let us know if you rent bed linen or towels and how many people they are for. After use, leave them on a chair inside the cabin.

– The water fountain in the pond is switched off at 11.00 pm
– We are available between 9.00 am and 10.00 pm
Barbecue area, sauna & café
Barbecue area
Would you like to use the large barbecue area by the pond? Please speak to us first and we will be happy to help.
Wood-fired sauna & relaxation area
The sauna and relaxation area can be booked as an optional extra. Please book no later than the day before.
Prices:
12.00 noon–4.00 pm: SEK 500
5.00 pm–10.00 pm: SEK 600
Café & ice cream
Self-service coffee and ice cream are available in the white building by the ramp and steps. This is also where you can rent bed linen. Payment can be made via Swish or in cash.
By the pond
There is a pedal boat by the pond that you are welcome to use. Please take care and be considerate of the ducks, swans and other animals that may be nearby.
Please remember:
– Fishing is prohibited
– Do not frighten or disturb the animals
– The water fountain is switched off at 11.00 pm
– The fountain helps to oxygenate the water for the fish

Cleaning instructions before departure
Before leaving the cabin, please complete the following tasks.
Checklist
– Dispose of your rubbish in the bins by the road, using the container marked “Restavfall” (general waste).
– Wash and dry all dishes, then return everything to its proper place.
– Thoroughly wipe down the refrigerator and microwave.
– Do not unplug the refrigerator. It must remain switched on.
– Wipe down the table.
– Shake out the rugs.
– Sweep and mop the floor.
– A bucket and mop can be found in the toilet area.
– Cleaning products can be found beneath the sink in the small kitchen.
– Clean the toilet and add toilet cleaner to the bowl.
– If there are any stains on the duvets, pillows or mattress protectors, leave the affected items on the chair.
– If you have rented bed linen, remove it from the duvets and pillows and leave it on a chair inside the cabin.
– Tidy the wooden deck.
– Arrange the chairs and table neatly.
– Wipe down the outdoor table.
– Wipe down the cabin door handles.
